FORMER PARISH COUNCILLOR - IAN HANDLEY

It was with deep regret that the Parish Council learnt that former Parish Councillor, Ian Handley had passed away at Royal Preston Hospital on Monday 9 November 2020, aged 76 years. Ian will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
